HERMETIC canned motor pumps meet the highest requirements for quality, safety and flexibility, regardless of whether they are used in applications with NH₃, CO₂, water-glycol mixtures or synthetic oils. Safety and economy are not mutually exclusive. Our pumps have been used in various applications for decades around the world. With over 400 different pump variations, customer-specific adaptations from a quantity of 1 and our emergency pump warehouse, we are always at your side. We also support you with many different certificates such as for marine applications or the certificate C CSA US for the American and Canadian market.

CO₂ refrigeration pump PN 65

New

The new pump series for CO₂ impresses with a high pressure resistance of up to 65 bar in operation, which is tested with a pressure of 97.5 bar. The pumps are characterized by high energy efficiency, compactness and maintenance-free operation. The energy efficiency of the motor increased significantly without motor can. The compact design combined with exceptionally low NPSHR values also enable very compact designs of the refrigeration systems.

The multi-stage CAM series is characterized particularly by high pumping heads and can include up to 6 stages as standard. Thanks to its robust construction, all common refrigerants can be conveyed.

The CAMR series are multistage canned motor pumps with a vertical suction and discharge nozzle. The multi-stage CAMR series is particularly notable for high pumping heads. Thanks to its robust construction, all common refrigerants can be conveyed.

CO₂ and Ammonia in Industrial Refrigeration Plants

High-pressure canned motor pump type CAMh

The CAMh series is characterized by its high pressure resistance, which is particularly important with CO₂ as refrigerant. This is achieved through the robust construction and the ceramic bearings made of silicon carbide that can withstand an operating pressure of 52 bar and a test pressure of 78 bar.

To meet the requirements of the railway industry, HERMETIC has developed the LC series. With an MTBF of over 130,000 hours, a weight reduction of 20 % compared to conventional constructions, a compact design, a hermetically sealed system for total environmental protection and attractive prices, the LC series is the ideal solution.
